YOGA

If you’re yoga curious, wanting to stretch it all out or looking to grow your practice, we have it all. From the free flowing Vinyasa Flow, to a more mindful, chilled Restorative & Slow Flow to Yin practice, through to the more methodical, progressive approach of Ashtanga. You’ll feel calmer, less stressed & more able to manage the challenges of the day ahead.

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

Small Group Training combines expert coaching with the motivation and energy of training in a group.

With just 6 people per session, you’ll receive safe, effective, and tailored guidance from our Level 3 and Master Trainers, while still enjoying the buzz of working out in a team environment.

HIIT & STRENGTH

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) comprises regular short bursts of high-cardio exercise, broken up by brief periods of recovery. We add resistance by lifting weights in our Strength sessions. These fun-fuelled, shorter 45-minute sessions are a great way to burn calories, relieve stress & increase energy levels for the rest of the day.

PILATES

Pilates is a full-body movement system designed to strengthen your deep abdominal, back, & gluteal muscles, supporting spinal health & enhancing joint mobility. Regular practice can improve posture, alleviate lower back discomfort, & reduce the risk of injury. 

Learning the fundamentals is key, so we guide you to progress safely & effectively. With exercises offered at multiple levels, you can choose the right challenge for your body & goals.

BOXFIT

Boxfit is a brilliant workout that builds strength, burns calories & relieves stress. The classes are a mixture of group boxing combinations & routines, mixed with full body exercises. They're energetic, brilliant fun & there's no previous boxing experience needed.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training sessions are purely focused on you & your goals. In order for us to create a completely bespoke training programme we will always start with a Health & Fitness Assessment. Whatever you're looking for, we'll ensure you stay motivated & progress every week.

What equipment do I need to bring with me?

We have all the equipment you need here at the studio.  You are welcome to bring your own mat & equipment if preferred. Wear comfy clothing & layer up so you can add/remove clothing as you warm up/cool down. For yoga you’ll be barefoot & for the fitness classes please wear indoor trainers.
